SynysterStory & In-Game Rules:

SynysterStory: By downloading or registering for SynysterStory as well as entering the website, you agree to the following:

1.) You are NOT affiliated with Nexon, Nexon America, Nexon Corporation, Nexon Europe, Nexon Japan, Nexon Korea, or BlockParty in any way
2.) You will NOT hack or use any 3rd party programs. [Including edited programs, and edit maps.]
3.) You will NOT abuse glitches and bugs, but you will report them to the GM as soon as possible or post on forums
4.) Respect what we have to offer, it can and may be taken from you if necessary
5.) You will NOT break the (T.o.S) OR the In-Game Rules therefore you must read both.
6.) You will not take our name (SynysterStory) And Make your own server named SynysterStory
7.) You will agree to the Terms of Service.
8.) Be polite and respectful for all staff that give their time for you
10.) You have NO rights to take any legal actions against us in any way.
11.) We are in no way responsible for server wipes (unless informed), rollbacks or issues that may prevent us from hosting the game. If any complaints you may be temporarily banned or jailed.
12.) Edited WZ files of any kind other than the current SynysterStory WZ Files will not be allowed.

IN GAME RULES

NO harassing ANYONE, it will not be tolerated in this server!
2.) There will be no actions that stop players from having fun in this server
3.) In events, prizes will only be taken by the prize winner or else jailed/banned
4.) You must be polite when talking to the staff
5.) When a staff member asks a question, respond and be polite
6.) NO AFK LEECHING FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME
7.) If you're placed in Jail and attempt to break out then we will ban you without warning.
8.) GM's have all power over players to IP Ban or worse IF they break these rules or go against the T.o.S.
10.) When someone in the staff asks you to do something, make it a priority on your list. By disobeying, we will jail you for 2~24 hours.
11.) If you continue to repeat an offence after it has been told more than 2 times, you may be jailed/temporary banned or banned.

USER AGREEMENT

1.)Anything found on this website or in association with this website can and may NOT be used in the court of law. By viewing this website, you are in no way related to the Nexon America, Nexon Corporation, WIZET or any other companies associated with Maplestory(c)
2.) Anything in violation of nexon corporation, ask the administrator and it will be taken down immediately. e.g. pictures, videos, hacking/illicit programs
3.) This website is only informative. It doesn't keep any images / files that are owned by Nexon Corporation, again if you see such things you may contact the Admin.
4.) SynysterStory is a free service that requires no payment of anykind, this is an open service for all who registered and agreed to this licence agreement.
5.) SynysterStory is a free service we only have users, not customers.
6.) SynysterStory reserves the right to remove anyone's access to the SynysterStory service for any reason.
7.) Any user must respect everyone. THREATEN, HARRASSING, CURSING, OR ANY VERBAL ASSAULT towards any user is a top offence.
8.) Any user who were caught with any unauthorized 3rd party programs that directly/indirectly interfere with the gameplay of the server which allows the user to gain an advantage in anyway will result in a ban.
9.) SynysterStory carries no responsibility of your account's security, if you give out your password, you are putting your account in jeopardy of being stolen.
10.) You obey the game rules, found on our website at the rules page, caught breaking any rule may result in any sort of penalty.
11.) In any case of any user's access being removed from the server, staff members have the right to restore or not to restore anyone's account/data of their free will.
12.)SynysterStory can change the TOS when wanted without notice.
